Seal Sky Questline & 2nd 3rd Root western Map

Hi guys i got stuck on the Seal seal : Light and Darkness quest got to near npc and no quest show any can help pls
Also the Power of Victory quest on 2nd root of western map the horn thing gives no description after taken quest i heard horn for 2 seconds then nothing else happen?
Myersious Fable quest : act accroding to certain request i tried all action and some action just turn off the timer but it doesnt comeplete
