marriage spouse teleport dissapeared

I got the Platinum Marriage Butterfly , got the fashion and teleport. i went to NR and when i came out from there i got dced. when i returned the teleport disappeared and only the fashion was there. I tryed everything ,what can i do ,anyone else had this problem? i'm angry cause i finally got it after 10 years and 4 lazy husbands.... May not be a big deal but is a big deal to me
