The problem is a lot of players no longer want to do XNW. At least on the server I play on. Also an event at said time you would kinda expect EU to do better. Also wonder how many of those are alts.

Still a good event to have.

    Thanks.

Woooowth, even if half of those users are bots, 200ish players for that silly event across ALL servers is still pretty impressive. I was thinking it'd be like 10-50ish each team.

Im guessing, that its about 200 zombies *cough* players, left on each individual server for a total of about 800ish so players across the entire pwi game.

I come to these numbers just from that xnw alone. If half the players on a server (that would be around 100) decided to do that event, and came with their bot's each. Would account for those numbers your seeing.

Running a old game like this, wouldn't really take much server power/upkeep cost. So those are probably enough to keep this undead course of a game shuffling through the graveyard a while longer.

You can't really use XNW numbers to give you player numbers for each server tho.

    Thanks.

Sure i can, and i certainly did just there. And there's nothing to contradict it, aside from another guess/estimate.

The reason I don't do (weekly) XNW is the amount of people (from my server) who don't do anything except kicking the NPC or stand at the entrance. There are enough other ways to get items, silver or gold coins.

i think it would really help alot if the map gets down sized, as there isn't many players doing xnw and the ones that they do get empty maps and you can barely find maps to pk in.

You know what that's a very interesting point.

I'll raise this when I can, just right now is not the right time sadly.

    Thanks.

As an Australian, it's honestly not easy to get to xNW for me since it is at 5am Monday morning which is far from ideal in any language. I feel that while I understand being Aussie will mean inconvenience with some event times, this one does stand out as oddly difficult compared to every other event in-game in that regard, I can attend almost anything else.

While this game version is literally called "international", I also think alongside the map shrinking as suggested above, it would be great if cross server events had more flexibility, perhaps more than one per week at different times of day but with a once-per-week limit so that the devs don't feel it is too generous.

If you shrink the map enough, the fact that the population would also shrink per war would not be an issue, since there is also the benefit that less attendees means a larger token split for those who do show up. The benefit of a cross server event is partially that it does help people in multiple timezones in theory, so having two xNW events at different times (and days) would still be better than the current situation in this case.

I understand EU people were vocal about the old xNW times and that they help support the game as well as anyone, but this way they could have what they have without leaving some of the rest of us with less opportunities. Chrono Hunt could use a boost to functionality as well, many of us miss the Battle of Survival event for its even-geared pvp.
