Missing Faction Chivalry Points and Fund Stones after the recent server maintenance, AGAIN.

Hello, sir. I just logged into the game and found that all the faction Funds (about 200 pcs) I had accumulated from Trials are missing after the recent server maintenance. I use these Funds to acquire Nebula Dust Orbs (25 pcs) and Astrobana Pearl Ultimate (20 pcs) weekly, which are very useful for advancing high-level characters. Especially the last item, cuz it's the only way to get it in-game for free.
Every year during this similar updates, the same bug occurs, and it would be helpful if you could at least inform players in advance so that they don't waste a lot of their time on faction Trials from Monday. The players would greatly appreciate it if you could address this in the future.
In recent instances, you sent compensation codes that provided items that are not useful for high-level players and are only beneficial to alts. I'm talking about items like:
  • Event Gold Scratchcard or Event Gold, which are useless since you removed fashion and mounts from the Event Shop;
  • Relics of Wonder (weapon/armor/artifact), which are usufull for alts to open TT and other dungeons and for very few ppl who farm TT;
  • War Avatar Packs A, B or C. People had enough time to farm at least the minimum 2/2/2 S-card set 80/80 from Trials whoever needed. These rewards ppl use for alts only.
  • etc.

I'd like to get the missing Funds back at least once if possible, or something that would roughly compensate for the items I won't be able to obtain next week. I hope that you can at least consider this request because I have no use for items for alts.
