This would be next for us. And they definately are working on this right now. The approximate release for the brazilian server is in december, and they used to get their translations from our game version.
So the possibility is there, it comes around the same time for us, like the last time when Divine Furies update came in may this year.

We are about to be 4 updates behind the pwcn servers.
We should've had some updates/expansions starting near the end of last year.
We missed out on a couple dragon's rise events that would've occurred, since the last one a few years ago.
This game is in limbo with the GMs running the game not giving the player base any info.
We are back to having marketplace updates. So the possibility of the game getting shutdown is off the table. For now at least.

The expansions/updates coming are good. Filled with skill updates, g18 gear, PvE changes, New class, and a class change system.
Maybe we will see them in near future. Hopefully...

The dragons rise event was definately scheduled. I still have the quest for it on one of my alts, as some kind of memorial for this great event. Never thought that circumstance would prove useful once. So I checked back on it couple times. After the Fountain of Fate patch the NPC Name changed to DQ2 or so, that means it had the code name for the npc, which is not supposed to be seen and just at start of september it changed suddenly to Earth Dragon. So it was planned and tested, but some error occured so they gave us the typical treatment instead. I have asked Heero, if he can address this with the GM's, if they would reschedule it for us, as there will be very different items in the login pool for the Dawnglory dragon and the fashion will become inaccessable. They was willing to reschedule christmas event last year, so why not this one too? It is just that they are working on the expansion as well and their team is rather small in numbers.

It is a bit odd that they have brazillian server scheduled already if they're normally after us, makes me wonder how up to date they currently are to china and if they are right behind them at the moment then that opens up even more questions. Either they've been switched over to a localized version directly translated from the chinese version like russia and some others get, or china has been working on and updating the brazillian version directly while we get nothing.
If Brazillian servers are up to date and with the same modifications that we have, then theoretically they should be able to take that version and translate it to work with ours? This case also adds a question if China has some reason either political or otherwise that they have not been getting us up to date while continuing to update others.

I believe I can provide insights on this topic since I play on that server.

PWBR is currently running the same version as PWI, although we received the update a few weeks later. This represents a significant improvement as PWBR used to lag behind PWI by approximately six months.

During the initial years, PWBR used to receive Chinese texts. However, some years ago, this changed, and we started receiving texts directly from PWI. While this can be advantageous, it also introduces a few challenges, such as similar content with different names. For instance, the names of the old TT bosses may differ from those found in TTR4-1 and 4-2, although this is relatively minor.

Recently, a GM announced that translated texts would arrive on the PWBR test server in October, followed by testing. The plan is to release the update in December. This update aligns with the one PWRU received in May of this year (PWRU is also on the verge of receiving the update for a new class).

Given that PWBR already has the translated texts, it's reasonable to assume that PWI may have them as well, and an update might be on the horizon. However, it's essential to remember that I'm not a GM, and there may be factors behind the scenes that I'm unaware of. So, for now, the best course of action is to be patient and wait.
