When are you going to make the game ALOT less P2W and easy gear to access

Hello dear PWI, I am an old player since the times of 3 classes, a.k.a. 1.3 PW. I have been playing this game since my teens and had an amazing time growing up with this game. Unfortunately I moved to private servers after the release of Earthguards due to heavenly "pay to win" and I've been here till today. Recently I have checked Official PW to see how it is to play Monkey class. Now the fun part begins
I love the class, but can i enjoy it to the full potencial ? No! Because it is still way too much P2W for g17 gear / g18 weapon. Been told it has the price of a brand new 2020 car. Which is "really alot". So i ask why do i have to pay money, you cant farm it ? And been told that you can but it will take way too long...
So can we all agree that Its time to have a change ? Even official servers are dead! Compared to when I left, hah.
Anyway, I am hoping for some changes, it has been a decade of disappointment and saddnes coming from PWI development.
