[MAINT] SERVER MAINTENANCE 7/20/21

Please feel free to update if needs be. This post should only be used as a reminder for standard Maint Times and info.

Please Note: Please be patient and bear with the team, as US offices are being affected by epidemic precautions.

Maintenance tonight is expected to start around 23:00 PT, I will try to update as I can for any changes.

All times and dates are approximate to location and use MM/DD/YY

Maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours, so during that time you will not be able to access the live servers.
*Maintenance times are tentative and are subject to change at any time. Actual end times will vary depending on the progress of the maintenance.

With a recent Arc update it seems that many players may have trouble updating successfully which may affect your ability to get into the game. The error message looks something like this:



Here's a list of things you can try in order to fix the issue:

• Uninstall and reinstall Arc. Probably the most user-friendly option.
• Remove cef.pak. To do this:
  1. Make sure Arc is not running.
  2. Locate your Arc folder. For example C:\Program Files (x86)\Arc.
  3. Locate the cef.pak file and delete it.
  4. Locate ArcUpdate.exe and run it. Arc should then update without issues (hopefully)

If the above don't work, I don't know of any other solutions at this time but I've been told that for some people it just fixes itself after multiple tries.

I submitted a ticket about this earlier today so the PWE team is aware of the issue.
