Celestones and mirage fragments ?

Hi, i havent playd the game in a loong time, and im a bit confused about this. I see mirage stones still exists, fragments and celestones also but the Gem Merchant is broken or what happened to it ? I tried a few of them, and there is no option to combine these into mirage stones. How do u combine them now ?

    Im not realy sure about this, but fragments you cant use any more.
    But the celestones can still be used at north archosaur forges to make mirage stones.

    And yes Gem Merchant doesnt do anything these days.
