Can i get help with pwi quest Zen Master Cloud

Quest Zen Master Cloud does not seem to be working no matter how man times i talk to him. The symbol above his head for quest needing to be done remains even after i talk to him. Is this quest bugged?

Please someone help, perhaps reset quest?

Because he's a moving NPC, you need to talk to him quickly before he walks out of range from you or you'll get a "Service Unavailable" error in your chat box. Usually I will make sure I'm standing right on top of NPCs like these when I talk to them. It can be a bit of an issue though if you're lagging or have a slow connection.
