How do I log in

my internet disconnected and so I got disconnected in-game. I'm unable to log back in because it says this account is currently logged in. I force log and it gets bugged in the logging in please wait screen. How am i supposed to log in if as soon as i start the game through ARC games, i cant even enter my user name and password manually?? it brings me straight to the sever selection screen. even if I press cancel it still acts as if i press select lmao this is ridiculous getting me pissed off

    Answer ✓
    Restart the computer and relog into arc main page and wait 5-10min before going into the game.

    thanks restarting ARC did it

    how has such a simple problem no been patched yet lol
