Arc offline

Its been like 7hrs maybe, I cant login to arc and access game. Is that everyone face now?
When will the server be available?

when try to login, it says
"We could not connect to the Arc network"

    I'm not aware of any arc maintenance going on. I guess you have restated your pc?

    If your still having issues. I would check firewall etc.

    should be firewall problem. Are there any guide to resolve the issue?

    I able to connect using phone line, but unable to connect using wifi. Why does this happen and how to resolve this?
    Its been an issue from my mates at my area too.
