Faction Time zone

would it be any use if we could get a clock / time , for real world time zone inside Faction List for east, west, south, north , so members have an easier overview of time of members world around , was thinking for better planing of quest , and mabye it will be a better tool of help , to get stuff done etc , if each member have the possibility to set their own time zone of what part of world they live , next to their name line in faction list ,
