Quest Bug?

So, I got to a point in this quest where I have to gather an ancient stone shard in Primal World for the quest objective ("What the Dark Fears" is the quest). But, when I go up to the shard I just get this blank text box. Has anyone had this issue before? Or maybe know some way around it?

    You're probably clicking on the yellow name which is technically an NPC and not the digging point. The digging point is in the same area but the name will be white instead (I found it on the other side of the stone). You can also try holding down the alt key to find the digging spot easier.

    Oh my god, I'm an idiot. I had the item names turned off in my settings. I'm so embarassed. :s
