the way the voting is now is a joke, you can just spam votes.
a better way is that PWI GM/staff looking at ALL the entries and they pick the winners.

    How are players able to spam votes?

    i only voted once, then i am told: "You have already taken this survey." So there is only 1 vote.

    There are programs you can use on 3rd party sites that will mask your IP to allow you to vote multiple times
