missing quest "The Legend of Elsyium"

on my character xStaceyx on Tideswell server, I am missing "The Legend of Elsyium" quest to gain access to my homestead, i'm level 101, celestial demon, 305k reputation & mirage sky VII. Please help me if you can.

You may have already started the quest at some point since it pops up automatically when you log in for the first time after Homesteads were released. Check the following NPCs to see if they have any red quests for you:

• Celestial Lady Leenia - Sigil Palace, Celestial Vale
• Lady Heidel - Lothranis (331 537)
• Farano - Cave of Sadistic Glee (405 520)
• Moo Sencho - Ruins of the Exiled near Dawnglory (740 964)
• Shiok - Momaganon (327 628)
• Nightbloom - Lothranis (343 593)
• Vedas - Lothranis (341 624)
