logging in issue, I know that are many but hear me out

I have downloaded the game from ARC last night and got in after this update, I can't seem to login from ARC. I have verified and update every file I can, launched from ARC platform and the shortcut, tried every account and server, why is this soo dam hard to login when I followed every rule? please can we just make it so we can log in without all these massive issues?

    why can't we just make the login like Champions Online? it almost never has a issue logging in far as I seen and I used to play this game as well and now I can't login since last night?

    I have to restart the pc and then verify(which takes a long time) to be able to play the game...
    It's really annoying...
