Iceshard Coins Useless now?

I have a few of these now i dont see the npc anymore to trade for coins anymore... Does this mean the coins are useless now and doesn't make anysense opening the packs they fall from?

The NPC for Iceshard Coins has to be spawned manually after a maintenance has occurred. It seems that the GMs have forgotten to spawn this NPC along with some other ones, so you'll be able to exhange your coins when they remember to spawn it. There's a thread on this already, and a mod has notified the staff so hopefully it should return soon.

Maint just went Iceshard NPC still not there.. how long will it take to put the guy back... lat time it was missing same day it was back now it has been about a week now.. The guy who responsible to putting it back on vacation?

Its been reported.

Thats All I can do for now. If it is ongoing the Lv will be raised until it gets either feedback or sorted.

and yes Im wondering the same thing...

cool just was wondering because last time it was there,the same day it got put right back.. So kind of saying it doesnt take much for the person to hop on an do it.
