Assigning Shortcut to the ingame Arc Overlay

If you are getting the annoying arc overlay every time you press the SHIFT button, but not able to press SHIFT again to toggle it off, stop banging your head against your keyboard. Let me help...

In the initial screen when the overlay opens, ignore the fields for #1 and #2 and go straight to #3 "Set activate key." Put a new key in there like NUM LOCK or F11.

    Or just change the file that is responsible for it and the overlay is gone forever.
