Getting Arc to recognize game installation

I reinstalled my windows, but i'm having trouble getting arc to recognize my PWI installation. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I would not like to download it again.

    When I'd use a different computer I'd often run into an issue with Arc not recognizing my PWI files since I'd just move them from computer to computer. What I would usually do to get it to recognize it was go into my PWI files such as C:\Program Files (x86)\PWI_en\patcher (or wherever your PWI installation is located) and then open patcher.exe. This would prompt the game to open up Arc to sign in and then open the patcher, and in doing so it'd be able to find my installation.
