Are you, perhaps, talking about this yellow quest General Summer's Daughter? The quest was fixed and the event run through for a few weeks, but as it was an anniversary event it has been turned off again. This is the only quest with this name that I know of. If there is another quest with a similar name, then I don't know.​​

From what I know the quest is still for some reason active even though the event is over. Or at least I remember seeing it on an alt. So I guess it still needs to be deactivated properly.

Thanks for the answers, lovelies, I'll trash it then. It offends my OCD to leave an unfinished quest though! lol
