Please note you must use the E-Mail from the banned account, Stating your username.

This thread is defo borderline. For this reason Im going to have to close it. I recommend starting a thread saying you cant log in with your main giving any txt or error messages you receive. Screen Shots will also be useful. As much info as you can give. Do not include your username or password.

You could also ticket support using the above info if you continue to have problems.

If you can login other characters from the same account that you believe is banned, then said account is not.
Usually when you get banned, during login you will get something like this:

that picture is not mine btw, just a google search result.
In the past it also displayed a counter (in seconds). In case of a perma ban it was a really long number that always reset after every atempt to login, so I doubt your account is banned.
There is Chance that your character is glitched in some way, or maybe the map where you left it crashed.
My advice would be to try to send a ticket to support asking for help.
