Disabled the Arc Streaming Goober

Where is the toggle to disable this screen goober? Every time I press Shift+W I get your streaming goober popping up on my screen and taking me out of the game?

Really? Shift+W is the default keystroke to enable this goober to hijack your computer? How do I turn this off forever?
