How do we report bugs in PWI

Hi PWI -

How do we submit bug reports? Still having an issue with these Minister Dual swords which cannot be traded in to any NPC for some reason. Can this pls be fixed, thanks.

Not sure what you mean with "traded in", but if you mean selling it, check the item if it can be sold at all.
Else go to Assistant Wang Tsai, trade it there for perfect stones.
If that fails, repair it (even if it looks like it doesn't need to, if you used it even once on an enemy, it needs repair for full value) and then try again.

@heero200 or whoever can, thread should probably be moved since it was posted literally in the PWI section, which they still didn't disallow to post in.

The item can be traded to Assistant Wang Tsai for 1 Perfect stone. You need to check your original thread for the last few posts.

Im confident this is not a bug.
