glitches

Middle of arch bridge on Etherblade keeps glitching out why is that also sometoons dont look like what they should be looking like as they have grey hair. It is not my pc as i have a good pc I am just wondering if these can be fixed or not

The first is a known issue, and will prolly be fixed in next patching. Other is probably in your game settings.​​
