Can't access Support page

everytime i try to access support page it give me error of too many redirects and suggest me to clear cookies no matter what i did it never worked. now if i log from other accounts it works perfectly and i can go to support page and submit a ticket but from this account i can't everything i go to support page it just doesn't work.
