Sin - Inner Harmony green glyph broken

The assassin 'Inner Harmony' Green Glyph is bugged. It says it will give 5 charges and 230 chi in the skill description.

However, it only gives 5 charges. It *does not* give any chi.

    This glyph is not supposed to generate Chi (the trade-off for instantly gaining all 5 Hit Charges). We will correct the tooltip in a future patch.
