Spend Rewards

PWI's handling of the spend rewards are always poor. This round was even worse with rewards partially distributed:
Thank you for contacting us. I understand that you're having issues regarding Ultimate Spend Reward: Althea. Don't worry, since you've still got the placeholder item/token for the War Avatar S: Althea, you'll get the actual card after some future maintenance. We're not finished yet distributing. I'm afraid we're unable to provide an estimated time for the remaining distribution, but rest assured you'll receive it. It is a long process so kindly hold onto it until then.

Treating some customers as second rate is a rather **** experience. Especially at a time when there are other games to spend money on.

But this is more of an announcement to all who participated. If you haven't received your reward, PWI has distributed some of them already, and doesn't know when they can get to you.

    This happened to my closest friend. You would think that after spending 1200 gold in the game, PWI would get their fish-15.gif together and make sure they were sent out on time and for all.
    This has happened to him every.single.spend.reward with those NP cards. Always has to ticket... and wait wait wait.

    I'll be fair. This has already been noted by Kalystconquerer.

    Tho it's a poor method to do these if it's not working right for the first time let alone more. Reliability is not PWEs strong point.

    On a side note tickets are not to be shared on the forums as part of the tnc.

    I was actually waiting on EU to post up their PSA on this since I gave them messaging to put out. Been knee-deep in emails about this and other items of importance. I'll be posting it actually here shortly!

    I will be handling the rest of the spawns next week, barring anything catastrophic happening, like me getting run over by a taco truck or something. Those that said they did not receive their cards (both on the forums and in tickets) should all be accounted for!
