After doing the titles quests what do you do with the Seals and Tomes?

Anyone know what we can do with the Seal: and Tome: items we get from the title quests?
Are they cryptic clues to other quests or just more stuff to ditch?

@ramjot as far as i am aware they are simply for the titles alone with no other use. Every one i know has just sold them to an npc
