I need help in loading up my pwi game so i can buy items in the mall.

    If you mean buying Zen, just click on the Charge link in any Arc website. Instructions are right there as you are using it.

    If you mean something else, please provide more specific details.​​

    theres an issue with the main arc browser, im doing some testing for this. im seeing that my downloads are not going through and there is also an issue with the load bar going down to what i call less than 0% it just wont budge! can i get some help or some friendly advice on how to deal with this? i already tried some things and its just not moving.
