bump - may started and i still havent received a replacement for the ginger tiger vendor ticket that instantly expired on 1st of january.

It's for reporting bugs. They get reported to China and may eventually maybe get fixed.
I would recommend opening a ticket to get a workaround or comensasion now.​​
