Arc client takes very long to start/login

Past few days i have been waiting like 20 mins to get signed into Arc Launcher or sometimes it just crashes, at first I thought my net was slow but everything else check out fine. I cant log into Arc to redeem codes or play game now I have to by pass Arc to play also now Im unable to do Arc quests. Anyone can help on this?

P.S I don't know where to post this

You posted in the right spot, but we're going to need a lot more information. Most likely something is interfering with the client's ability to run normally.​​
