Absence Note

Hi i play since 7 years now and i know how to use absence notes, i tryed all the thing which PWi Support send me as answer on my ticket, but i never missed 1 day of this year for the check in attendance only this month i missed 1 day , and i cant use 1 of 11 absence notes in my inventory, it would be really mad to miss the full year reward cause of 1 missing day in the last month of that year. after a few reanswers from PWI support they wold me to write my problem here cause of they dont have the chance to help me, now i hope that i will get any help here.
