Bound Fashion Weapon Bug?

Ok.

This better be a bug if not I need my gold back.

My hubby went to surprise me by buying the Scythe Fashion Weapon for my alt and when we were trading it ended up saying it was bound. There is also another weapon that is "untradeable". Please tell me this will be fixed because plenty of people enjoy these fashion weapons especially the scythe ones. I know he should have read carefully but none of the weapons beforehand were locked so this pretty much ruined our morning. Please fix this because I'd hate to not get my scythe aside charging gold again.
