Unable to log in

so I tried to log on PWI from my Arc launcher then it wanted me to login from PWI and so I put on my arc games details, it keeps saying unable to login invalid password or username

    I'm experiencing this as well, I've played this game for hours and hours in the past, probably on and off for five years, but now when I enter my ARC credentials... which should be my PWI credentials, it keeps saying I've entered the wrong info... It's a shame, I was looking forward to continuing with my old characters.

    Neither can I- off & on for last 3 weeks- keeps stating "This Account Already Logged In", even after a couple reBoots; how can this be? & then when opening window logs in, is my original sarter IGN & I must retype everything. Very disconcerting & annoying :/
