server error (0 ping)

hey

i been getting 0 ping for like 2 days now,and i tried the following


-restart modem
-restart Pc
-waiting 1-2 hours and still have the 0 ping
-verify from patcher
-delete the game and then install it again

Exclude PWI folder in antivirus, make sure firewall doesn't block it.

Also;
>CPU: 81c
>GPU: 70c
>Computer type: Tablet

I guess it's one of those "notebook tablet" hybrid things then.​​

Also select V-Sync on your settings in game. I found that it helps.​​

I think it's one of those touchscreen flat desktop PC's and HP's design on them for cooling is abysmal.

The error described is typically a DNS routing issue. Could you do some traces when you have the error?​​

Some How i managed to play again ,if i ever get the same problem ima do the trace thing...Thanks !

i have that error when i download something from the internet and trying to connect, it's connection problem by the use side

I have the same issue and sent a ticket, to which, without explaining all of it, the answer was around "seems like a problem of bandwith with ur ISP provider during peak hours".

Thing is, anything else that uses internet runs just fine. No ping variation in vent, other big online games also have no fluctuation, but I try log in Perfect World and.. nah.. timeout, server error, or 0 ping. Happens most of the time when trying to go in/out of homestead from Archosaur. Not sure if it's related.
