Charge Rewards..

It got me thinking how these charge rewards are completely random and cause a lot of people to miss them because they have charged a couple days before. As its anniversary month, I don't see why they couldn't just list when they will be running it at the start of the month.

Supposed to be celebrating 8 years of full release and yet even now, the event still seem desperate in the way it is randomly activated.

It cannot be that difficult to have a listing at the beginning of every month to say when at least 1 charge, spend rewards will be on? Could still have a random one if they choose and that way if someone misses, its their own fault, not through PWIs own bad random timings.

FYI I dont charge to this game anymore cause its not worth doing so. It was just a suggestion I've had for a while about a forward planned idea as I see it on almost every other game except here.

    They normally activate this in for the weekend. I agree if people have 1~3 weeks notice. They can start putting their money in order. Normally when i used to spend gold (the glory days), i would wait for the weekend to see if there were spend rewards. Knowing ahead of time, allows one a slight peace of mind. Let's see what happens.​​

    My best guess as to why this happens is because they don't want to get people on a set "cycle" of save/horde, waiting for a certain promo to roll out. If someone's expecting a promo to be better the next month on some sort of set schedule, people might hold out for better items/promos. Also, I guess it could also set some weird expectation "Oh it'll be here, so I can just wait till the end" and then get disappointed when schedules change for the following promos, so it could set a bad...expectation, I guess would be the word. Not saying I agree with it or anything, but that's my stab in the dark.

    Could always pass this idea along as a thought though if it's just going to be isolated for the anni's :3

    I might know the answer to this but here it goes. I had 1700 points left over from the last charge promo, its no longer there, they dont transfer over?

    It usually states somewhere in the promo, that you have to redeem your points by a certain date. After that they go poof. Otherwise some players will have massive amounts of points just lying around.

    Make sense arspaulina, just have it for anni and christmas. Announce it a week ahead of time for those two events. If the response is good, awesome. If the response is bad from players, there is always the old way.​​
