pwi closing doors to non cash shoppers?

or whats going on here? aniversary reward for all is missing no response from anyone as to whats going on with any of the rewards like "where the hell is the parrot" or " when does one need to log in for the tiered prizes?". yet for a cash shopper one gets spend rewards for doing absolutly nothing. ( yes they spent cash but not for this they spent it for the LAST promo and got everything that came this month free...

so is pwi gonna take back the items they mailed?

how about mail everyone what they allready mailed to some to make it even ( a few billion worth of items mind you)?

or is pwi gonna sit back and laugh as a handfull of people get a ton of stuff for nothing this aniversary while the rest of the server gets shafted?

As I have stated in another thread Orinj is looking into fixing the Parrot, so that one is covered. As for the tiered rewards I'm currently pinging them for a response, but have not heard word as of yet (their offices have barely been open for an hour)

As for the free rewards randomly getting sent, that's a pretty big issue as well which I'm also pinging them for a response for.

Anniversary still isn't over last I checked, we still have a few events coming down the pipeline so there's that.

Also if you want peple to cash, just activate all countries to be able to put money.

if you notice where i ask a question i do use it becuase it actually matters it changes "did you ride the short bus to school/" to "did you ride the short bus to school?" the difference between gyberish like shouting 1 and an actual question

but you seem on his lvl so i guess the real question should be "did you get hit by the short bus on the way to school?"

maby you morons cant see when someone spends 1.2k cash money in the game for an item then see the guy next to him got it for free they are less likely to spend another red cent here and im sure my 40 bucks every couple months sure aint keepin the game in play so unless one of you ohhh so inteligent people who have spoken yet have yet to actually say a point are spending 50 grand a month on this game to pay for its suport this gonna affect you too

the last time they pulled an oopse on this scale was the orb fiasco which wound up in the servers needing to be merged when all said and done

Mmm... I am not sure what exactly is the OP talking about, I do get that some people got NP cards and mounts for spending gold, but that is actually one of those promos that PWE always do, so nothing wrong there.

I do however think that PWE made a really huge mistake by sending free ancestral horrors or armored dinos to random people as some sort of "Lame anniversary Lottery".

Why you may wonder? For the same reason when they screwed up by sending codes with reawakening pills to random accounts:
Some people get it while some don't and then the rage start.

The big difference is that during that time they made an honest mistake (most likely in the coding of the query) and even admit it. And that was actually targeted to inactive accounts but by said mistake it ended up on active ones.

Now is the opposite: random people is getting really cool stuff while others get nothing on an intentional event, therefore people get jealous and of course they rage about it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm aware that what those people got is not game breaking and just a cosmetic gift from PWE.
I'm also aware that PWE is entitled to give free stuff to whoever they want since this is their game. Nevertheless I think it is a pretty stupid decision to make events that will make a large number of their player base angry.

The sad thing about all this is that probably the people who made this event did it with good intention but unfortunately they failed to learn from the past mistake (pill code)..

We are aware that there is an issue with the Ultimate Spend Promo. It’s not possible for us to “patch” the issue, but rest assured, EVERYONE who meets the requirements for this current spend promo will be eligible for the prizes and will receive the prizes a few days after the event is over. Once the event is over, our team will run a data pull to figure out which players qualified for which reward tiers and then distribute all the rewards to everyone that qualified. If you have mistakingly received the rewards at the start of this event, you will still qualify to get your rewards, even the ones that you received by mistake. If you didn’t get anything at all and you qualified for that reward tier, we will make sure that you get everything that you’re supposed to get.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will make sure this type of issue does not happen again.

Parrot is still being worked out - have not heard word on it quite yet. ( still trying though! )

The pill code...thattttt was a major mess up that the gift code Orinj created recently was supposed to somewhat remedy.
