Incorrect Star Points Stage recognition

Dear PWI,

I am at Star Points Stage 5 and carefully manage my Star Points collection to not hit Stage 6 (4500 points) as I wish to avoid the 150 points daily deduction.

Recently I hit 4446 points, but instead of staying at Stage 5, the system raised me to Stage 6.

I submitted a ticket via Arc and was asked to submit a screenshot, which I subsequently did. I was then told the GMs cannot manage game decisions and redirected me tot post a thread here.

Hopefully something can be done about this.

    Post the screenshot here then.
    But regardless, we can't help you with this, since it's charging of zen related. PWE has to deal with that.
    Maybe you didn't take a bonus point from charging into account?​​

    The screenshot itself clearly states it was under 4500. Anyway, attaching a screenshot didnt help since they say GMs cant fix it, only the developers may.

    So I guess I incur a loss of almost triple points daily due to no fault of my own.

    Other chargers should be aware that the Star level point system is faulty and the cap for Stage 6 is NOT 4500 but most likely 4400 or even lower. I guess it's another way to trick customers into paying more.
