[TEXT] Cross server Duke shouts are improperly formatted - [FIXED 7/28]

When a player in PWI receives certain items from packs there is a system announce on the cross-server channel that goes out to all servers.



You can tell from the context that the name of the player and the name of the server have been swapped. You should change the text to say:

"Duke shouts: On %s server, %s has found the treasure %s!"
