Homestead Upgrading Buildings

hi, everywhere else and all other upgrade options in game, ask the player 2 times to confirm that is what u actually want to do, ie trading, upgrade gear, upgrade skills, etc etc. All areas of game but the homestead buildings. This is a problem because of lag. I dont always want to upgrade my buildings, but because of game lag, i have accidently done this 4 times. Thats 6.6mil coins each time, and the mats wasted. Please add a second confirmation option. Im not the only one who has done this, several of my friends have done the same.

I did it once without lag. Then after maintenance it went from Level 5, back to Level 4. Sadly I still did not get the 6m fee returned, and support refuses to provide any refund because, "these kinds of issues require development time from departments outside of Customer Support and cannot be immediately resolved by a Game Master."
Never mind that sending a 6m refund via the mail system is so easy to do it isn't even funny.​​
