Text - Skill - Mystics - No known chance of status effects/ Lysing only explodes one plant

Many of mystics skills have 'chance to..' do various tatus effects like freeze and silence. However none of the skills actually show the chances these skills have to proc these effects. I've googled this but couldn't find any answers I'm hoping this will help. I'm looking for some clarity on the mystics skills % chance to land status effects since they're not in the game.

Also to add to this on the same subject but of a specific skill. Lysings' description "...causing ALL plants within 26.5 meters of the target to violently explode.' However when using the new skill spellbound sting, we have to cast the skill three times to detonate all three plants, contrary to the skill description.
