Why do i have to submit a pin everytime i log into my account. This has been going on for over a week

Either you're using a VPN, or your IP address keeps changing. If that's not the case, then submit a ticket to support to have them check into it, or turn it off.
I turned mine off ages ago because I use very secure passwords.​​

In Arc, It's options => Security I think. I can't run Arc, but it's pretty intuitive, you just have to go poking around.
For the web sites in a regular browser, it's under My Account -> Security. On the sites, the option to turn it off comes and goes, so you may need to open a ticket for that.​​
