I ave been trying to send a support ticket to change my email but it keeps saying page not found how else can i change my email address to the new one

You could try sending them an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com and explain the situation. You will have to provide proof that it's your account and such. It's a good idea to also screenshot the "page not found" and include it in your e-mail.​​
