Absent note not working.

got 2 absent note and 2 absent days .. clicked so many times to make the absent day into check in day but its not working.. am i missing anything or doing wrong? Pls help

If logging off and on fails, and verifying the client, and making sure your antivirus isn't cleaning your client directory, and making sure you try to use the absent note before you register daily attendance for the day, then...

You may have the problem I have....

I can only use absent notes between 10 am and 5pm my local time.

This translates to after midnight UTC and before server reset.

Try it it may work for you.

It does not work, i constantly have problems with them not working. Occasionally they will work immediately, other times its days. I personally would be grateful if the damn thing was fixed :P

Hm, I've had this issue occur to me before, but it's usually an issue of me being unable to add any extra absent notes past a certain number of "filled in days". Are you unable to use them at all? They have always worked for me immediately. If this problem persists, can you post screenshots of any errors you're getting?

I've had this happen as well but relogging usually fixes it.

The limit for absent note redeeming as far as I am aware is 3. After that you are unable to correct absent days with notes.

Relogging does not help and I am never over the limitof 3 in 1 calendar month. I missed a day 3 days ago and the absent note still will not fill in. I have relogged, verified etc. This is an on going issue and it can get annoying

The best trick for this (in my opinion) is to literally spam click the "Fill check" button. I know it sounds weird but that has worked for me. (Not always ofcourse but most of the time)​​

I had this issue before, make sure you click on the black face thing, you have to click on it after you click on the button, if it does not work try again later and it should.

Another solution is to try again next day BEFORE you reclaim that day daily bonus exp and it should work.

Way back in about January I put in a ticket about this. Ref No 160109-000184 Went through all the steps given by everyone to no avail.

Since April I only ever try to use an absence note during the 8 hours prior to the daily reset.

I have not experienced a problem since (provided I am within the specified time).

For me absence notes ONLY WORK between midnight UTC and midnight server time. Outside that time absence notes WILL NEVER work for me.

If you are lucky enough to live in the US of A you will NEVER experience my time dependency. If you live in Europe there may be a window where you cannot use an absence note but your local time and UTC are more closely aligned and it may not be noticeable.

Have tried all the tricks said, it does not help. I live in Ireland so not in US time zone however time you try to use it really should not matter. Perhaps the GMs can raise this issue and get it on the 'to fix' list
