Increase Safe from 80 to 96 slots

Read this in the patch notes, but don't see any quest at the inventory master for the 96 slots. All I see is for 80 slots, which I have 80 slots, and I do have the Super Safe Stones in my inventory. any idea if this is glitched.

*The maximum size for the Safe and Inventory has been expanded from 80 slots to 96. They can be increased by purchasing an additional Super Safe Stone or Super Inventory Stone, respectively.

You have to use the super safe stone twice to get it. the second time you get 96 slots... Same with the bag
