VIP System

I notice on my inventory there's a fast repair feature, but it says upgrade to vip 1 to enable it, but i have spent approximately US$15000 past 5 years and US$7000 on current main, why am i not even vip lvl 1? Just to clarify about 50% of what i spent are on my friends' r9 gears and giving coins to random people in wc when they ask for help with bh/fb/etc. I don't farm or merchant, so about 35%-40% of what i spent i buy coins from AH, does it mean that to be vip u need to spend only in boutique items?

Because it's a new thing, which is probably a china thing.
China has stuff we don't use in our version. This could just be one of them.

Either that or it's TBA.​​

It's a feature PWCN got a while ago, but I guess it's disabled in PWI though we still have the features in the game files. Maybe we get it later, maybe not.​​

Tysm for the fast response, i hope this will never be implemented on pwi version, pwi will lose many players, it'll make a supposedly free game into something even more elitist. Mark my word i'll quit pwi and never return (already quit 5 times in 5 years) if they ever implement this vip mechanism.

Theres a new VIP tab on Resistance Force Leader too, with a way to get an S chest that supposedly costs 120gold on PWCN. INTERESTING!!!!
