Can't redeem charge rewards

Moderators please don't move this thread to the other concerning charge points because this is a separate issue. Previous thread was about not receiving the points, now the problem is that arc developers have made changes to charge rewards page 1 day ago and now we can't enter server/character name in order to redeem charge reward points.

It's the same system, and Domino is watching the other thread. They are also still doing the maintenance, and that could be affecting it.​​

Same here. Drop down menus for server and character are not working on rewards page.

E.T.A.: I tried it with different browsers, disabled all blockers... no change.
