so, noone knows how it is calculated in total?

    1st goes elemental/phys resistance
    2nd attk/def lvls
    3rd spirit diference
    4th penetration

is that the correct order or i miss something?

    multiplication is commutative

and no one knows yet you've been linked two places where a. its explained and b. it does the math for you/simulator

attack and defense levels are communitive, so is spirit, however the scale in which penetration and resistances are at different points in the calculation.

I made myself a pvp damage calculator that's using the equations provided in pwpedia damage section, and it's really accurate.

Here is an example I made just to show how accurate it is, I haven't added penetration yet, but should be able to calculate it manually. It's for my personal use and not very user friendly. Just to answer your question, that all those formulas are correct and damage can be calculated. You can make your own using excel if you have your way around it.

Another thing that you should look into is Effective HP, it's interesting to see how tanky someone's character is by calculating its Effective HP. It's like using a Scouter from Dragon Ball series :D
