Charge Rewards Page is down or doesn't exist

So I followed the link given in the news post abou the christmas charge rewards, in attempt to redeem some prizes. I get redirected to this link
http://www.perfectworld.com/404?url=/reward saying that its a 404 domain and it cannot be found.

Charge rewards page is not showing anything to collect and I have tons of points to use before they expire.
