Hallo ich hoffe mir kann hier rüber geholfen werden und aufgeklärt werden?

Ich habe 14:31 die Bestätigung bekommen das meine Zahlung per PayPal transferiert wurde.

Auf der Seite steht das man nach 30Minuten ein Support Ticket eröffnen soll und das habe ich dann 16:18 gemacht.

Gegen 17:05 (08:05 US-Zeit) habe ich dann eine Bestätigung bekommen das es geprüft wird. Nun ist bis jetzt immer noch nichts passiert und meine Transaktion steht immer noch auf "Paypal bearbeitet diese Zahlung."

Ins Spiel einloggen kann ich mich selbst verständlich immer noch nicht. :mad:

    Ich hatte das selbe Problem war erstmal auch auf 180
    Soll damit zusammen hängen das der Publisher aus den USA kommt.
    Habs dann einfach bei Gameslaod gekauft das andre storniert fertig.
    Man muss beim Paypal Konto Geld einzahlen erst.
    Schau mal bei Paypal rein bei mir stetht da Dauer 4-7 Tage.
    Alles was ich sonst mit Pay-Pal bezahlt habe war sofort erledigt.
    Gibt quasi keinen Expresskauf

    Kann doch aber nicht sein. PayPal ging immer mein Konto in PayPal muss dafür auch nicht gedeckt sein weil es per Lastschriftverfahren abgebucht wird wie kann ich den Spaß stonieren?

    Ich hab nun die Antwort beim Support bekommen sprich ich werde bis Punkt 14:31 warten -.-

    While your payment's status says "pending" or "reviewing", the payment processor you have used has not completed their part of verifying the purchase. Once they have processed the payment on their side and sent the payment to Perfect World Entertainment, the status will change from pending/reviewing. We are unable to estimate a timeframe for these reviews, sorry. The newer your account is, the higher the chance is of your payment taking a while to approve.

    Sometimes Paypal suspends transactions while they conduct an additional review into them. They are informing the customers that the transaction has been processed, and essentially it has, but they do not inform the customers that an additional "payment review" is being conducted.
